Description

The Italian calf leather upper is carefully selected. cut and machine stitched before being mounted on the last. Once the high-density rubber sole is aligned and bonded. its stitched 360° to the leather upper. The upper is then chemically treated and prepped for the finishing process. Once prepped. the shoes are then sent to a specialist artisan artilier where they are layered with a rich shoe cream. each layer being buffed to a shine before applying the next. Once finished. the last is removed. Calf leather footbed and waxed cotton laces added before a final quality control is carried out. Once approved. they are carefully wrapped and packed up in our premium Louis Copeland shoe boxes. together with a branded cotton shoe bag for aftercare.
